Conservation Planning for the Greater Yellowstone Grizzly

Lance Craighead, Tom Olenicki, and Barrie Gilbert submitted a letter to the US Fish and Wildlife Service outlining our disagreement with the proposed delisting rule and providing an alternative set of requirements that we felt would be sufficient to protect and maintain the grizzly bear population; these requirements should be met before delisting occurs.
